Travel Information

Here are the many ways that you can get to Kitchener-Waterloo for the 2010 edition of the Magnetic North Theatre Festival.

By plane:
You can take a plane to Kitchener with WestJet if you traveling from out west. If you are coming from any of the Eastern provinces, this in unfortunately not available at this time.

You can also travel with Bearskin Airlines, who provide flights across Northern Ontario (going through Kitchener-Waterloo) and Manitoba.

There are numerous flights that go to Toronto. Kitchener-Waterloo is roughly an hour drive (1.5 hrs by train) from the Toronto airport.

You can get to and from the airport with Airways Transit,  Kitchener-Waterloo's preferred provider of airport ground transportation. 

By train:
You can take the train to Kitchener with ViaRail. If offers trips from Toronto 3 times a day.

By bus:
You can take the bus to Kitchener with Greyhound. Many trips are available during the day.

By GoTrain:
You can even take Toronto’s GoTrain from Toronto to Kitchener-Waterloo. Stops in Kitchener-Waterloo include the University of Waterloo, which is one of the venues for the Magnetic North Theatre Festival.
