COMPASS POINTS
June 9 – 13 | Vancouver

Take part in the first ever Compass Points Student Symposium for theatre students and emerging artists from across Canada. Be inspired by performances from across the country, engage in workshops and discussions, and meet future colleagues and co-conspirators.

Organized and hosted entirely by students from across the nation, Compass Points helps students and emerging artists navigate the festival, giving a first hand introduction to the industry they will soon be a part of, and aims to inspire students to chart their course into Canadian Theatre. Get ready to shake things up!

Magnetic North has always welcomed student artists at the festival by presenting their performances, receiving contingents of university students, and hosting last year’s Future Flashing student forum. The Compass Points Symposium includes workshops, panel discussions and social events to build on the festival’s performances, speakers, discussions and Industry Series, always with the student perspective in mind.

Compass Points is seeking applications from across the country.
Space is limited, so apply early!

Deadline: May 1
Visit www.magneticnorthfestival.ca for application forms and details.
